Breakfast… just a little more egg-stavagant!


“It’s all about the Benny’s,” states Elizabeth Franco, one of Rio Station’s new management team members. “Well actually, frittatas, crunchy french toast and house-made breakfast sausage make this new Rio menu not your average breakfast, it’s a little more egg-stravagant!”
This menu, a “mix tape” of all their favorites started when Paris trained Executive Chef and General Manager Richard W Rutherford III started his family with Elizabeth, a local Jersey girl, and making breakfast with their son became a family tradition in their home.
Omelet with mushrooms and tomatoes. FrittataThe frittata, a house specialty, is loaded with fillers and served in a cast-iron skillet, while the benedicts not only feature the SJ best crabcakes but real house made every morning hollandaise. We’re putting a twist on traditional hash by serving it up with our famous prime rib and spicing things up with their new libations like the “Wake Me Up” Bloody Mary and “The Sunrise” Mimosa. Join the Rio Station for breakfast on Monday, May 23 as we launch our new menu. Breakfast will be served everyday from 7:30am until 1:00pm. Let us pour you your first cup of the day.
